Jessica started investing in real estate during her 18 year career at Google, where she spearheaded successful programs at the tech giant. Among her achievements are management of the Android Security Rewards program and launching Salt Lake City as a Google Fiber City in 2016. Jessica expanded her portfolio throughout the US, including new development and value-add projects. 

Jessica has a keen analytical sense, stays up to date with market trends, and hones her skills as a Brad Sumrok Mastermind mentee. In her free time, she can be found with her two little ones and husband in their Seattle, WA home. Jessica is also an avid  hiker whose trip to the Mount Everest Basecamp inspired our company name! #Basecamp

Chelsea leads the development of portfolio management best practices for Google’s Energy and Location Strategy team. Chelsea is a real estate professional who came to Google three years ago with experience in acquisitions, financing, development, management and strategy. 

She has a Master’s Certificate in Urban Real Estate Finance and Development from Cleveland State University, studied Real Estate Finance at Harvard Business Extension School and has her law degree from Cleveland-Marshall. At Google, Chelsea has managed more than $5B of land and infrastructure acquisitions and development projects. In her personal life, Chelsea is an avid reader and enjoys spending time with her nieces and nephews.

Simon has had a fascinating tenure at Google for close to 2 decades.  His tremendous success in managing operations, whether domestic or international, are rooted in his creative problem solving skills, near-compulsive organizational tendencies, and innate curiosity to meet and understand people from all walks of life.  When you meet him in person, besides his infectious laughter and optimism, you will understand why Google entrusted him  to lead the Global Data Center and Network Commercial Operation. 

His passion, whether creating new builds or managing existing properties, is endless.
